After you register, login with your user id and password. The login page will open and ask for key number. Submit both serial number and the Key number in the respective fields.The quiz starts now.

Q.3 What is Serial Number and Key number?
ANS: The Serial Number is a number which you will find on the face of the key mailer ticket, the Key Number is a Unique 16 digit Alpha Numeric Number which you will find inside the key mailer.

Q.4 How many types of key numbers are there?
ANS:- There are 5 types of key numbers. They are Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5. All the game starts will start from Level 1 only. Permission to enter higher levels will be given by higher level key numbers only. For eg: If you are playing a game using level 2 key, then, the maximum amount you can win is Rs 10000/- ( 30 questions only)

Q.5 How many questions are there in the Quiz ?
ANS: There are total 75 questions divided into 5 levels. Each level has got 15 questions.

Q.6 Is there any time frame to answer the questions ?
ANS:You will be given 30 seconds for each question. Within this time, You will have to select the answer else it will be considered as wrong Answer.

Q.7.Are there any help lines while playing the game?
ANS:You have 3 help lines for every level.

1st Help Line - 50:50 - If you choose this option, two out of four answers will be deleted and you have to select your answer from remaining two answers i.e., one correct and one wrong.

2nd Help Line - Time Extension - In this help line, time will be doubled i.e., you get extra 30 seconds to answer the question.

3rd Help Line – change Question - If you select this help line, the existing question gets deleted automatically and a new question will pop up on your screen.

Q.8 How do I get prize money ?
ANS: Prizes will be sent in the form of Warrants/Cheques, which can be exchanged to cash in any bank. These warrants/cheques will be dispatched to your address, as mentioned by you while registration. So please do enter your correct address at the time of registration. Prizes will be sent only after you reach claim limit set by respective sponsor. (You need to preserve the winning key numbers; if in any case the management wants to cross check weather the user is genuine and authentic)

Q.9 What is Claim Limit?
ANS: Claim limit is Rs. 300/- the minimum amount a player has to accumulate by winning so that he can claim the prize money. Even purchase key numbers from the winning amount once it reaches a minimum of Rs. 300/- and above. It varies from sponsor to sponsor.

Q.10 How do I go to the higher levels ?
ANS: With level 1 key, you will be restricted to level 1 only, but, if you are playing with higher level keys like level 2 to 5, then you can go to higher levels.
After you finish level-1 successfully, an amount of Rs.100/- will be credited in you account. Before entering into leve-2, you will be given 2 options:

1. Either you Quit from the game and surrender your key mailer to claim you prize money.

2. If you want to continue playing? If you select this, the next level quiz will start. But, the amount you won in the previous level will become 0. You have to select this in the same session without closing the game window. If you close the game window, then you loose the opportunity to go to next level.
